A gentler path to self-understanding, belonging, and emotional steadiness.

I help sensitive overthinkers develop a gentler, more grounded relationship with themselves. My approach is rooted in gentleness, nervous system awareness, and real-life practice — not self-improvement pressure. This work isn’t about fixing you, but understanding you. I offer a Walk & Sit mentorship model with structured support through conversation, observation, and real-life integration.

The Practical Belonging Mentorship

This is a structured 4-week mentorship with two weekly meetings: a walking conversation and a seated session. We use those sessions to talk through what’s happening, reflect on patterns, and apply changes in your day-to-day life.

  • This mentorship is for sensitive, thoughtful people who tend to overthink, self-criticize, or feel overwhelmed by their own inner dialogue. It’s a good fit if you’re reflective, emotionally aware, and want a steadier, more honest relationship with yourself — without pressure to perform or “fix” who you are. Many people I work with are in periods of transition, identity growth, or emotional reset.

  • The mentorship runs in a structured 4-week format with two weekly sessions: one walking conversation (audio) and one seated session (video). The walking call helps you speak more freely and process in real time. The seated session helps us slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s coming up. Between sessions, you’ll have simple observation and practice prompts so the work carries into daily life.

  • This is a developmental mentorship — not therapy, not crisis support, and not performance coaching. We’re not trying to optimize you or push outcomes. The work focuses on awareness, gentleness, and practical self-understanding. It’s structured, supportive, and grounded — but not clinical, diagnostic, or advice-driven.

Start With a Short Fit Call

Before we begin any mentorship work, we start with a short conversation. This gives us both a chance to see if the work is a good fit, talk through what you’re looking for, and answer any questions. There’s no pressure — just a clear starting point.
